This is the official public support page for the Clove Astrology mobile application and other software products developed and operated by GHOSTPROBE LTD.
Clove Astrology App support
Clove Astrology provides automated astrology, destiny-analysis and divination content for entertainment and self-reflection. The product is displayed as 蒜占 in Chinese.
- Account or sign-in: include the email address used for the account, but never send your password or verification code.
- Reading or report: include the module name, approximate time and what you expected to happen. Check Reading History first because a longer report may complete after you leave the screen.
- App Store purchase: include the product name, purchase date and a screenshot that does not expose payment-card details. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s applicable refund process.
- Privacy or account deletion: use the account controls in the App or email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
- Accessibility: tell us the device, iOS version, assistive technology and the screen or control that is difficult to use.

Email info@ghostprobe.co.uk for product support, accessibility questions, privacy requests or company enquiries. We respond as soon as reasonably possible.
For a product issue, include the product name, device model, operating-system version and a clear description of what happened. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

App readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational or employment advice. If you need urgent or professional help, contact an appropriate qualified service in your location rather than relying on an App reading or waiting for a support response.
